Verizon Connect Fleet Split Billing Terms & Conditions

Hierarchy Billing

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all eligible Verizon Connect Telo Inc., (“VCT” or “Verizon Connect”) Customers requesting billing to multiple Customer entities (“Hierarchy Billing”).  VCT may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time as posted here and effective immediately. By continuing to use Hierarchy Billing after a change becomes effective, Customer agrees to be bound by the changed terms.  It is Customer’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions regularly for any updates or changes. This Agreement applies to all Customer Subscriptions and to anyone who uses the Services in your account. Please note that certain other Verizon Connect services may have additional terms and conditions regarding your use of those services, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to modify such additional terms and conditions.

All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the meanings assigned to them in Customer’s corresponding Fleet Agreement.

  1. Buyer must request a separate billing account be created for each eligible Buyer Billing Entity (“Buyer Billing Entity”)

  2. The Verizon Connect Fleet ("Fleet") hierarchy will be structured to enable billing to multiple Buyer Billing entities. Once the Fleet hierarchy is established, Buyer must notify the VCT billing team in order to enable multi‐location billing.
  3. Buyer acknowledges and assumes the full responsibility to ensure that all subscription units are properly assigned to and maintained in the correct Fleet hierarchy for each Buyer Billing Entity. In the event that any billing error(s) occurs due to a subscription unit being assigned to an incorrect location within the Fleet hierarchy, Buyer is fully responsible for the full invoice amount as generated and is responsible for making any necessary corrections prior to the next VCT billing cycle.
