How fleet management software can help your business

    • Simplify compliance: A compliance management software helps your fleet manage the EWD and the regulatory requirements for your drivers and fleet. Proactively organise your drivers’ time and rest periods to help manage compliance. It is important to use a solution that has been approved to provide Electronic Work Diaries by the NHVR.
    • Get more done with fewer resources: Better fleet visibility helps you take stock of where your vehicles and assets are and how they are being used. Technology such as GPS fleet tracking software can help businesses keep track of their vehicles and assets while also increasing resource utilisation.
    • Be the optimal route planner: Route planning software can help you find cost-effective, optimal routes. Uncover new ways that route planning can reduce the amount of kilometres driven as well as traffic jams on the trips your field service and delivery drivers are taking every day.
    • Boost your drivers’ safety: Let drivers compete for positions on the company leaderboard by driving safely, productively and efficiently. Connect driver and commercial vehicle tracking data to locate your team and help coach them on safe driving behaviours. Also, dashcam solutions provide powerful insights into the safety of your fleet. Camera footage helps give context to harsh, unsafe and aggressive driving incidents.
    • Reduce your fuel consumption: Monitor fuel consumption, idling, vehicle maintenance and analyse vehicle activity to uncover hidden costs and address them to boost fuel economy in all your vehicles.
