This dashboard allows you to exercise certain rights regarding personal information that we have about you. Also, as a service provider, we can help you exercise these rights for a business on behalf of another person.
The CPRA amends the CCPA to provide California residents with additional privacy rights and protections. The CPRA also expands the scope of the CCPA to include the personal information of employees and business contacts. The Verizon Business Privacy Dashboard is our solution to allow customers to exercise these rights.

The Verizon Connect Privacy Dashboard is an online portal where our business customers can exercise their privacy rights and submit requests to access, correct, or delete personal information for themselves.
The dashboard also allows business customers to submit privacy requests on behalf of their employees or customers for personal information that Verizon Connect may have collected about them.
In certain circumstances, Verizon Connect may not be able to process requests to delete or correct personal information if it is needed for business or operational purposes.
Current, former, and prospective customers can use this dashboard. Vendors and authorized agents may also submit requests in the dashboard.
Multiple accounts: If you maintain multiple business accounts with Verizon Connect, you must submit separate requests regarding personal information for each account.
Though the CPRA only applies to California residents, Verizon Connect will allow all US-based individuals to use the VCPD to exercise the rights identified in the CPRA. If you are based outside the US, please visit our international privacy page.
If you are not a Verizon Connect customer, please visit our privacy page to see other options for submitting a privacy request.
The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants California residents rights regarding personal information companies collect about them. The Verizon Connect Privacy Dashboard allows individuals to exercise these rights, within certain limitations, for themselves or on behalf of individuals covered by the CPRA.
Though the CPRA applies to Californian residents, any US resident can use the Verizon Connect Privacy Dashboard above to exercise the rights identified in the CPRA.
