Average Speed Displays the average speed of selected vehicles, drivers or groups for a specific time frame.
Distance Travelled Shows the number of miles driven over the selected time frame.
Engine On/Off Shows how long the engine was on or off during the selected time frame.
Fuel Efficiency Shows the fuel efficiency of the vehicles over the selected time frame based on fuel used and speed/distance traveled.
Fuel Purchased Shows the total cost of fuel for each vehicle, based on the transaction amounts from fuel card integration data for the selected time range.
Harsh Driving Shows either the average or total number of harsh driving events for the selected time frame. Hard braking (yellow), harsh cornering (red) and quick starts (orange).
High Speed Shows when a high speeding threshold has been exceeded. The user can choose from two speeding thresholds: low (50, 60, 70) or high (70, 80, 90).
Idling Duration Displays a breakdown of vehicles with the total amount of idle time against an allowed threshold set by the user. Total idle time means the vehicle was on, but no movement was detected.
Number Of Stops Displays a breakdown of vehicles with the total number of stops within a 24-hour period.
Safety Score Compiles a safety score for drivers based on their driving habits, including speeding and harsh driving incidents.
Speeding Shows speeding incidents and ranks the worst offending drivers.
Start Time This metric helps you identify vehicles that are starting the day too early or too late based on the working day start/end times set in My Benchmarks.
Stop Duration A maximum number of stops for a 24-hour period can be set in My Benchmarks. When the number of stops exceed the set amount, it will be noted on the dashboard.
Vehicle Activity (Hours Worked) This dashboard displays travel and stop duration per vehicle. It also includes the stop duration when at a Work Order, if applicable.
Vehicle Maintenance Expense This shows managers how much their vehicles are costing them in maintenance. This information can be broken down by total, average per day and average per vehicle.
Wasted Fuel Combines days of activity, cost, amount of idle time and average idling per stops to estimate the amount of wasted fuel.
