How to deal with alerts


Video alerts are independent of harsh driving alerts. This means that if you have both a harsh driving alert policy and a video alerts policy set up, you will receive two alerts for the same incident. Edit your alert policies according to your preference.

Desktop and email alerts

If you have set your alerts to Display, you will see an alert about a video recording pop up on your screen when you are logged into Reveal.

Click the video alert to view the new video recording of the incident.

If you have set your alerts to email, follow the instructions in the email to see the video.

Mobile app alerts

All alerts appear as pop-up messages on your device.

Click the alert to see details of the incident or to view the video.
