Working for a government agency

Government agencies are not able to purchase Reveal Now. Alternative packages are available - please provide contact information for the Verizon Connect sales rep to discuss all the available options.

Existing customer purchase

If you are an existing customer, please log into Reveal, go to My Account > Equipment, and purchase additional tracking units for your account there.

Receiving your tracking units

Your devices will be shipped for free. You will receive an email notifying you when the tracking units have been sent. Estimated delivery time after that is 3-5 days.

Cancelling your contract within the first 30 days

If you want to cancel your contract within the first 30 days, call Customer Support on 1-844-617-1100 or email [email protected], to start the cancellation process. See below for details of how to return your unit(s).

Returning a unit after contract cancellation

To return a unit, contact Customer Support. We will send you an email with an addressed shipping label. Attach the label to the tracking unit box and send back the unit(s) within 30 days of receiving the label. If the unit is not returned within 30 days, you will be charged a fee for not returning the equipment. Please see your contract for details. The tracking unit must be in acceptable condition. It does not need to be returned in the original packaging.
